Our unit was burglarized because the front gate was inoperable which allowed access. The lock was cut off our unit and our items were taken. Because there is no evidence of "forced entry" (their camera's were inoperable also) - our relatively small $1,500 claim was denied. Very dissatisfied and will be removing the remainder of our items immediately.

Last year had audit during power outage and my storage was hit along with several others. Now I filed a police report online and sent copies of them to their email. I waited nothing. Tried calling nothing. Had some issues come up and was detained on separate thing but then my email account was hacked so now I don't access to my documents. I had est value of 10,000 dollars of tools and collectibles and tried to contact them after this still nothing now almost a year later SMH

I pay the rent, then there was a letter stating we weren't a good fit they were terminating our agreement we had to move out. Ok understandable not a problem. Problem came when the placed there own lock on my units stating certain times I could clean out my unit and that if they weren't cleaned out they would be keeping the stuff! Seemed like a scam to me. Terrible customer service, security doors and gates were never all working properly. Lighting stayed on for short amount of time before u had to walk there the dark to the sensor to turn them back on. Extremely inconvenient and dangerous. I would recommend you do not store things here

Little to no security. Complete and total theft of my unit. This was not an overnight job. It took many trips to cull through a 25 x 10-foot unit that was full. No emails or acknowledgements from the office. No confirmation of closing my account. It is as if I never had an account there for almost 2 years. Think twice before using this facility.

Run as fast as you can away from this storage place. They raise their rates every other month and they say they have security, but when your lock gets cut off and yoir unit gets robbed, they won't even show you the camera or check on anything until you file a police report. By far the worst customer experience I've ever had with a storage place
