Their products are quality but they are expensive, but even their cheapest pants are comfortable. There are lots of options for pants and boots. I love the tactical gloves I got from them. I will buy the better pants eventually.

It is easy to find clothing that is “cheaper” than 511, but you’ll be hard pressed to find clothing that even comes close to 511 quality. I have never found anything that compares!
And they have a very professional staff!

This old jarhead (remember dial-up? Yeah, that old) can tell you, 5.11 Tactical makes clothes that laugh in the face of wear and tear. Some folks online complain, but hey, they probably haven't explained a missing canteen to a Gunny.
With 5.11, you get what you pay for: top-notch gear built to last. Just don't expect them to tell you a bunch of B.S. about the bullet proof vest. (They have seen Super Troopers)

They claimed they would send me a replacement part for my satchel and it never arrived. A month later they claimed it was sent but apparently "lost in the mail" and "they had no way to track it" so they would send another. Another couple weeks later and another email they said a reply that they didn't have one to send.
"Sorry for your disappointment, Darrwin Roque"
Why lie in the first place?
Or is your inventory control just that bad?
