This has got to be the most ridiculous walgreens pharmacy I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with... They have been frequently closing early due to "staffing" without notifying people who have medicine they need. Now, because my asthma medicine is already bagged and waiting on the shelf at the location that decided to close at 3pm today, I can either pay full price out of pocket to have them moved to another location and filled there or I have to wait until tomorrow. For medication that keeps me breathing.....that is critical for me to have, this is unacceptable.

They lied to my insurance carrier about having informed that I would be billed FULL amount for 30 pills when, in fact, they shorted me 7 pills and NEVER told me about this, back in late September, 2023. Now, they gaslight me that they charged me accordingly!?! I was billed for 30 and never told to pick up remaining seven pills!! What in the heck?! So, I guess they can still bill me and NOT give me any pills, if not in stock, but that is appropriate billing?!

I never have a great experience at this pharmacy. I only go because it’s close to home. Just ONE example, they said they would hold my prescription until the 29th. I went at noon (they opened at 10) on the 29th and she told me she already deleted it.

If you like not having your prescriptions filled then this is the perfect pharmacy. I've had issues with them probably 70% of the time. Thankfully there's a CVS across the street. Might check them out and hopefully they do better.

Horrible pharmacy experience, was told to come back at 10 PM. They close at 10 PM. Knowing this I showed up a little earlier than 10 and was told I'd have to come back the next morning for my prescriptions. Why would you tell me to come at a time you know you close just to later tell me a different time, let alone a different day, entirely? If you don't want to do your job then take your pharmacy down; It's not fair your incompetence should affect my time and money. An absolute joke of a pharmacy. Avoid at all costs.

Waited at the window in the pharmacy pick up line for 20 minutes. I pushed the call button twice and they said they would be right with me and then just ignored me. I could see 5 people standing inside waiting for help as well and the staff was inattentive. This was at 2:20pm in off hours and not during their break. Then I got home and realized they forgot to give me one of my prescriptions. I came back a different day and it took another 20 minutes to pick it up.

These guys are the worst. Been on hold for an hour because the keep picking it up and placing me on hold or ending the call. Find somewhere else people.

Just go to cvs across the street. All prescriptions no matter what they are, will take hours.Walgreens does not have enough well trained people or resources to accomplish filling prescriptions with any modicum of rapidity.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE customer experience at checkout with Naiyha! Buyer Beware if she's there, totally rude! Go to a different location unless you want to risk dealing with her. She should be on medication. Went in there to buy some things. She never said a word, hi, how are you, did you find everything alright, do you want to redeem your points, nothing; which is fine, BUT then as I'm leaving slams the basket down on the counter and says put that back! Not could you put that back please or would you put that back BUT put that back! Theres no line of people, theres no baskets piling up. She's being lazy as usual, buried in her phone, being no help to paying customers. She did such a horrible job sacking my things that I couldn't do it even I wanted to. She couldn't even double bag my things and the sacks were breaking as I got to the car. Last time I asked her if she could double back the sacks please so they don't break, and she starts grunting and groaning like a wounded animal! My hands are full buying the things you poorly sacked and you're gonna say put that basket back! And in a demanding tone!? Then start arguing about it?! You didn't say a sentence the whole transaction and now you are rudely talking back! Saying put the basket back and arguing about it on the way out. You don't talk to anyone like that let alone a paying customer who has said nothing to you the whole transaction and she hasn't said a complete sentence either. Good. Just give me my stuff so I can get away from you. BUT instead now you want to start talking, talking back and being a total you know what. Every time I've checked out with her it's been an unpleasant experience but this needs to be addressed. I'm not going to spend my hard earned money at that location so she can get paid to act like that. I've spent $$$$ thousands of dollars at that location and shopped there for years and all the other employees have been friendly or at least acceptable but this girl doesn't need to be working there and certainly not with customers on the register. If you're going to have her there, at least put her in the back of the store doing freight, away from customers who don't have to deal with her rudeness and incompetence. And she can be hidden away buried in her phone as usual doing absolutely nothing on company time! She is black, has dreadlocks and a blonde streak. Buyer beware if you yo to the location at 2100 W. Britton Rd.

This is the worst pharmacy in America! They constantly say your prescription is ready and then when I drive completely out of the way to get meds that I need they say it was never filled. After waiting in the line for 30 min. The lady got an attitude with me because I finally stood up for myself and said no I'm not driving back around to wait in line for it to get ready I was told it was. I'm now going out of town because I didn't have time to wait without my medicine and now I'm going to be sick from having to skip days while on vacation. So not only am I going to be sick and I waisted my entire evening going over there and waiting on nothing I then got an attitude in return. Why ruin someone's entire evening because you guys messed up and I nicely stood up for myself. What a joke. Customer service would have been appreciated in that frustrating moment

Had a spinal tap today. They had my prescription for over an hour before I got there and told me they didn't have that medication and I needed to call my doctor myself to tell them that. My doctor sent a new prescription. We're waiting in a line of about 12 cars because the lobby is closed and as soon I get up the window she closes it on my face.
