“I went to buy a cowboy hat and boots. They did not have one my size. They have a very nice selection of items. Their sizes go up to 7 3/4 or 7 5/8. The salesperson told me the large sizes sale really fast, and it's hard to keep them in stock.”

“There is so much to love about Betsy and her shoe heaven, it's hard to know where to start. I guess the best place to start is with how amazingly kind Betsy herself is, which is way more than what you get with other mid to high-end shoe stores. I never felt pressured to buy more than I wanted and she was just so personable. That alone is enough to make me return. The next thing I love is her selection. It's not to big, but it's not too small. It's just right! You're not overwhelmed with choices or pushy salespeople (cough dillards), but there is definitely at least one pair of fabulous shoes at Betsy King for everyone. I left with one pair, while dreaming of another. Not to mention, it is just darling inside. It's vintage, a little retro, with some splashes of modern. I highly recommend following her on Instagram to keep tabs on her inventory and sales. To all my shoe people out there - this place should be on your regular rotation!”

The customer was disputing the price that the shoes rang up for. Casey ultimately called over Talia for some help and when Casey stepped away to cover the area Talia was covering the lady asked Talia if Casey was a new employee because she “act slow & dumb, or retarded or something” Talia politely asked the customer, “ please don’t be rude” and I wanted to give both of these lovely’s credit for providing exceptional service with a smile despite the rude, disrespectful and unnecessary comments made by the customer. They both are sweet, polite, and very helpful! The world needs mor managers like Talia!”
“My Dr recommended the store. I was a little concerned that the prices would be high. They are not inexpensive but just a little higher than the normal store prices. Let me tell you that they work hard to fit you with the perfect shoes. My feet were measured, Jessica brought out a lot of shoes and made me wear them around the store. I bought one pair and another pair that was on sale which is not returnable. Also, 2 pairs of soles. They take all the time needed to find the perfect fit.Excellent customer service! I will definitely return.”
“This place is amazing. They have a wide variety of gear clothes, hats, and leather cleaning products. You pick your poison of wester wear they probably have it. I wound up buying a great pair of boots here. The staff said they have sales all the time, so you have to keep in touch and watch out for sales. Their products are awesome.”
