Thank you for fixing the broken air pump and for offering the complimentary service. The hose is short. This machine is heavily used; while I was here to take a picture and inflate one tire, three cars lined up to use the air pump.

As a loyal OnCue customer who does a lot of business around this area of The Village, I have come to find that certain shift managers are much better than others.One day, I stopped in and noticed that Christian wasn’t working his normal manager shift. I know this because I’ve talked to him multiple times since he’s the one working the afternoons into the evenings. I was upset when I found out he had been let go due to a silly little complaint and misunderstanding from ONE disgruntled customer. Christian always seemed to have run a smooth shift and put up with a lot of unnecessary stress from the job. Never once did I ever see him do anything that seemed “unprofessional.” Again, I’m in this store all the time. My business is just down the street. Sadly, corporations only see the accidents that are sometimes made rather than the larger accomplishments.I wish the five stars I’m giving this store would go to him directly. However, they’ve taken the liberty of getting rid of this man from one dumb customer complaint. Wish OnCue would do better. I’ll just end up going to 7/11 from now on.

Store manager Christian is a terrible person to have running this store. Waisting people’s time because didn’t want to do his job. Then he ran to the back office and let the long lines stay long. The other employees were great, and maybe should take his position as he does not know how to run a store. I’d give less stars if I could. Hope corporate removes him after I make my complaint. Maybe if he would stop minding other’s business and run the register and store instead of leaving long lines for his employees to take care of, this store would be much better off. He also refused to give his bosses information to a customer. TERRIBLE management.

Clean store and very friendly employees.I come in every morning before work and everything is always stocked nicely and I always get attended quickly. The young Hispanic girl is always moving the line quickly and remains smiling, friendly, and never fails to make me feel very welcomed.

I have been coming in for the longest to this location and lately the store has been looking very clean, definitely enjoy coming in. All the ladies in the morning are always super sweet, always have a smile and make me feel very welcomed.
