“As a loyal OnCue customer who does a lot of business around this area of The Village, I have come to find that certain shift managers are much better than others.One day, I stopped in and noticed that Christian wasn’t working his normal manager shift. I know this because I’ve talked to him multiple times since he’s the one working the afternoons into the evenings. I was upset when I found out he had been let go due to a silly little complaint and misunderstanding from ONE disgruntled customer. Christian always seemed to have run a smooth shift and put up with a lot of unnecessary stress from the job. Never once did I ever see him do anything that seemed “unprofessional.” Again, I’m in this store all the time. My business is just down the street. Sadly, corporations only see the accidents that are sometimes made rather than the larger accomplishments.I wish the five stars I’m giving this store would go to him directly. However, they’ve taken the liberty of getting rid of this man from one dumb customer complaint. Wish OnCue would do better. I’ll just end up going to 7/11 from now on.”

“I'm shocked after reading the horrible reviews for this pharmacy! Yes I've had problems with the staff and wait time but never with Gail! She is very pleasant, professional and is always working. In the past year there has been a new pharmacist and alot of staff turnover but compared to Walgreens across the street CVS is by far better!! C'mon and give them a break!”

“It's always clean- snacks and drinks are stocked. Parking is adequate so I don't worry about my door getting popped. Clerks are friendly and it's a bustling biz. As you'd expect.”
