Thank you ladies for getting my prescription filled today and being so kind. I will go out of my way to use this pharmacy even with being so far away from my home. They even offer delivery! Highly recommend!

Called the pharmacy today to get a prescription filled. The pharmacy tech was so nice and helpful and she even was able to get my medication set up for delivery. Excellent service. Thanks so much.

Stood there for 30 minutes after they called to tell my prescription was ready. Then finally the Pharmacist (who seemed disheveled and unorganized) tells me they have to order my prescription. Monkeys could probably run a better pharmacy than this place can.

The staff at Bristol Pharmacy are very nice and have made refilling Rx each month a seamless process. I have had several prescriptions filled here and all have been perfect. I highly recommend doing business with a locally owned business in The Village, rather than being treated like a number at places like CVS, Walgreens and Wal-Mart. You are not just another number at Bristol Pharmacy. They truly do care and it shows from the moment you walk in the door.

On Monday Jan 30, 2023, this pharmacy used STAT Overnight Delivery to send my medication. This delivery service destroyed my eye medication when their driver did not follow the delivery instructions made and acknowledged via text messages as I am disabled. The driver acknowledged my texts to her and then did not follow the agreed upon delivery point. The driver left the medicine too far from my door that I could not retrieve it as my oxygen tube would not reach where the driver dropped the package. I called them as soon as she (the driver) pulled away, but she (the driver) did not return for about 30 min so my eye drops for my surgery the next day were frozen. I had to repurchase the medication from a different pharmacy, neither the drug store nor this delivery service think they should pay for meds they ruined. The issue with this Pharmacy is that they are the contracting party to the delivery service and therefore should file a claim and take care of their customers but they do not believe they have any obligation to their customers. They believe that once delivery has been made correctly or incorrectly it is no longer their responsibility. Would rate with negative stars if possible.SandraIn response to Bristol's comment.If the driver could not be updated why do I HAVE A RESPONCE FROM THE THEM THAT SAID " WE HAVE RECIEVED YOUR MESSAGE AND WILL BE IN TOUCH AS SOON AS POSSIBLE!" THAT DOES NOT SOUND THAT THEY COULD NOT GET A HOLD OF THE DRIVER.

Filled with this pharmacy the last 5 months and they have been wonderful until today. They’ve accommodated me wonderfully the last 2 months by having my prescription for me before I left town since I live 2 hours away. They’ve been very helpful and polite.As of today, the lady that answers the phone doesn’t have good customer service whatsoever. Was told I didn’t have a prescription in and told me there’s “nothing she could do”. I was irritated on the phone but managed to still give a polite “thank you” and she gave an “mhm” and hung up quickly.Had my dermatologist office call instead since she wouldn’t help me much and she had a whole different story. She told them I had a prescription but it was a “new fill” even though I’ve filled with them for 5 months. Also told them “I told her all of this on the phone”, which she did not. Definitely recommend a new person to deal with customers as the one you have now is highly confused and unfriendly.Giving 3 stars to balance it out from the fantastic service I usually receive. Sorry I had to write this but wanted the pharmacists to see it!
