I tried to get mocha in machine and it came plain white I tasted it threw it out and tried to drain little bit more to see if it comes like colorful mocha and it didn’t came so I grabbed an ice cup and Starbucks mocha and because the security said we drank half of it and threw it all I need to pay for the coffee saying we do t do samples. They were just trying to charge for whatever they want and not being considerate about their own machine issue and customers likes and dislikes we were not here trying coffee we are well off to drink coffee in 5stars without sampling and manager agreed on it ! Very unfriendly

Lines are way to long late nights on weekends. They need to hire more people. The only woman running the register recently was also running the small casino and smoke shop which she just closed because she couldn't do both.
