“I do not live in Seiling, but I have done business with the post office there upon several occasions when I would pass through town. The clerks have been outstanding in their care and concern. Recently, there was an issue with an overnight delivery to my son in Houston. I must say I felt like the Seiling post office cared and went above and beyond to address the problems. The issue was on the receiving end, but because my business originated in Seiling, I was treated with great care and received updates as well as a final conclusion and answer to a question. This is what customer service should be anywhere. Thank you Seiling Postal service for making me feel like I mattered!”
