Sent here from the Muskogee store after they didn't have what I was looking for. Cashier was on her phone when I walked in, couldn't find what I was looking for so stood in line to ask cashier for someone to help. She just told me the general area it would be in. I had already looked, muskogee checked inventory and showed in stock on-line. Finally got someone to help (if you could call it that) just to be told if its not on the shelf they don't have it. I drove 45 min out of my way to come here. Whats the point of showing inventory if its not up dated. Neither store offered any kind of solution after puting me out. Customer service is dead.

We got our propane tanks filled, and the staff was very friendly. My dog even got snacks from them.

Staff always have a nice greeting for you and ask if they can help you find anything. Keep up the good work y'all. My dog really likes to visit and carry his on toy to the check out counter.

Upon arriving today with my baby, Chris took the initiative to ask if I needed a hand with my cart. He then proceeded to load my cart, accompany me to the cash register, and finally load my things in my car. I was so appreciative of his help. Wonderful customer service! Thank you Chris!

Chris is by far the nicest employee they have. Generally no one speaks to you at this store and he was the only one willing to even talk to us and other customers.

Staff here are very helpful in locating what you are after and most things are reasonably priced. I actually buy range cubes, salt and mineral blocks for our pet cow as well as other cow items.

Older cashier was VERY RUDE. DIDN'T greet me. Then on way out she made sure I knew she was speaking to other people. My first and last visit. Won't Return. Prices way too high. Didn't have what online and store assoc said they did waste of time and $$$.

These guys knock me off my feet every time I am in there. The customer service is top notch. I’ve even had them get a fork lift and lift a lawn mower up to show me how to fix something on my own. Every time I go in they’re amazing. The store is always well stocked and clean.
