My grandparents had their vehicle serviced, and the staff stole their handicap tag. It was there when they arrived, gone when they picked it up. When they purchased the vehicle, a very expensive SUV, they were treated like they were ignorant. Can't support a place that does wrong and especially one that disrespects elders.

My wife and I had very specific needs for a vehicle. I needed something to handle a heavy duty mobility scooter and she needed something easy to get in and out of due to bad hips. We figured a 1500 truck or larger SUV would work. We went to Tommy Nix Chevrolet and explained our needs. Our salesman, Justin Smith, worked dilligently with us for 2 days to find a vehicle that would meet our needs. Fortunately, we were able to settle on the Chevrolet Traverse Premier FWD. It has the tongue weight to handle the scooter and it's easy for my wife to get in and out of. From sales to finance to service the staff at Tommy Nix Chevrolet worked to make this car buying experience a memorable one. I highly recommend them for your next vehicle.

I purchased a new vehicle here. It had some cosmetic damage to the exterior that I did not notice until after the purchase and I was already home. Although they technically didn't have to help me out with it since it was mine now, they ended up doing what it took to make things right. Mike Moore and Rory Robertson went above and beyond and I would not hesitate to use them for my next vehicle.

$150 for a diagnostic on an oil leak!?When you were already SCHEDULED to do an Oil Change, no thank you.The gentlemen at the dealership were about as accommodating as a fox in the chicken house.Customer Service, I am not impressed.
