I have been trying to reach out to someone about my storage But no one has got back with me. I called or should i say tried to call,text,and emailed them but nothing.. I send in my payment but i cant get no info or update on my unit. This company is TERRIBLE.

I would give them zero stars if that were an option. my unit was broken into and items stolen last fall. they never returned my call nor address the broken lock, but expected payments on time. I fixed the lock myself. when my automatic payments were turned off without my authorization, I became late on payment. Once you're late in payment, the block your ability to pay your due online. so you have to drop off a check. They then decide to not deposit your check for THREE weeks and in the meantime add more late fees to your balance. I have called them four times and emailed three times and they have not gotten back to me. They finally somehow reinstated my inline oayment options and they took the balance owed and then on top of that deposited the check I'd written weeks before. I managed to have my bank cancel the check but I haven't gotten confirmation that worked. if not, I am now paid through March even though I am supposed to move out in December. they are one of the worst businesses I've ever had to interact with. Its been very stressful, time consuming, and frustrating. Go elsewhere.

I did everything they said to online then when I got there there was no one there for me to get in and there's nowhere for you to get ahold of anyone do not use this company

Had to hire a lawyer to get my stuff out. There is no owner or DBA listed so if that doesn't say scam I don't know what does. File a complaint with the Attorney Generals Office if you've had to deal with this, too.

My spouse picked up some things here and they were mostly dollar store items but they kept their word on prices and they were friendly.

For 18 months we have practically begged to get an invoice - required by the State of Oklahoma - so we can pay our bill. We've been told they will drop it off at our business, and we've provided our email, phone number, and physical address. Despite being customers for many years, they have failed to return the dozens of voice messages we've left, will not provide an invoice, and have ignored the certified letter we sent. This appears to be a ploy to charge late fees and eventually take our property. If you want access to your property and require any type of invoice, find another place. If you're the owner, please send us an invoice -- you've had the information to do so for 18 months!

The two reviews are most likely the owner writing her own review. I believe the truth is they over charge customers claim damage and clean up where there’s none, to ripe off the customers. If you’ve experienced this too please let me know they need to be stopped from this behavior. This has been my personal experience, opinion.

This place is managed by the funeral home down the street, and though the units are very basic (no climate control or electricity), they are very reasonably priced, and on the rare occasions I have forgot to pay my bill (absent minded college student, sorry), when I came in to catch up, they were always very amicable about the whole thing.
