I went in to get a haircut, the person who cut my hair was so scared to mess something up she cut maybe an 1/8 inch off everywhere. worst haircut ever for $28.

I came in asking for my dead ends trimmed (2-3inches) and a touch up on my layers.
I walked out $32 less and with a wolf cut.
I don’t know how my hair got this bad, but it was cut 5 inches shorter than it needed to, plus a bob of “edges” around my head.
She said she was going to frame my face, I said “okay”
I ended up with two uneven rectangles around my face…
I got it fixed today, I no longer have long hair.

I went in yesterday for a cut and color. There was only one person there and when I showed the two pictures I was told I have to get a certain one cause he couldn't do the other one. He made no mention of my color and I felt bad because he was the only one there with a line of people. Being the week before school starts I expected there to be more workers. In the end he was so rushed I didn't get either cut I wanted and now I will have to go somewhere else to have it fixed.

From an air quality perspective, I'd rate the Tahlequah location zero stars if I could. I have fragrance-sensitive asthma and a severe fragrance sensitivity. They have started using some kind of incense and their stylists don't seem to understand allergies or asthma. I asked that they completely remove the incense; they instead moved it to a back room. The building is still saturated.
