I always take my car here to get my oil, breaks and tires changed. They gave me a ride to work (the Cherokee Casino) and had my car ready by the end of the day. They are always nice and very informative. I highly recommend them to anyone.

Subpar establishment... very unprofessional, sleazy and just downright a bad business! I hope that if you come across this review you consider taking your business elsewhere!!

Called ahead to make service appt. They gave me a date that they would take and begin work. 2 1/2 weeks later they had not started the repairs. This was the second and last time they did this. A week later did the same exact thing to my neighbor. They are incompetent, stupid, neglectful, unorganized and severely mismanaged! Do not take your vehicle to this dealership!

Service is great here. Stuteville Ford diagnosed the problem, ordered the parts and set up an appointment. They showed curtesy and greeted me with a smile. They treat you like an important customer. Stuteville must be a great place to work.

I have had my oil changed at Stuteville Ford with "the works" coupon they send out to regulars about 4 times now. My last two visits have not been pleasant. The man at the service desk is abundantly happy and very helpful, he should manage the whole business if you ask me. My last visit, on Monday, takes the cake. As I was waiting on my car to be serviced, I needed to make a very urgent phone call. My cell was not working at the time so I asked the employees if there was a phone I could use. They all became extremely edgy, which in turn made me quite nervous. When they found a phone that I was able to use, the employee stood next to me as I made the call. I then went back to their waiting area and sat. I will say, there was a very nice sales woman who offered me her phone charger, which was a breath of well needed hospitality. As I sat, the entire employee community continued to walk and stare. Needless to say, I left as soon as possible. As you leave the dealership and your service has been completed they will then hand you a form with a check mark next to all works that had been done. Before I had gone in, I had noticed that my windshield wiper fluid was bone dry. I checked to make sure that the wiper fluid box had been checked correctly for a refill, it had been. I then tried to wash my wind shield and the system was also bone dry. All in all, I did not pay almost $50 for this kind of service experience. They also checked that my car has "exterior damage that must be attended to immediately" but they did not tell me what is wrong, since there is no damage that I can see. My concern is this, If these things were very blatantly falsified on the document they gave me, then what could possibly have not been serviced that I can not yet see. Of course, use Stuteville Ford of Tahlequah if you would like, I for one will not be going back.
