Bought a top of "the line", Seally almost $2000 matress, box spring and frame, it's awful, even complained about the springs sticking into me. They examined said it's not a warranty problem get a topper. Bought not only a topper but also a foam egg crate and it still sticks me. What a waste of money now I'm stuck with a brand new bed that I can't sleep on and no way to rid myself of it. Next time I'm ordering online, they have a 120 night warranty unlike this store. We fight over sleeping on the hump in the middle, it's not near as lumpy as the rest the bed. I bought a brand new topper when I asked if you sold those things you said you used to, the topper didn't stop the problem so I added another 4 inch egg crate in addition to the new top, it hasn't helped.

I absolutely love Rose Furniture? for those of you who may not know my daddy passed away April 22, 2019 and he never really had a “bed” he used to sleep on the sofa and when I was home he used to have a little tiny (I don’t know what size of the bed) it was for me that was more than fine, after he passed everything had already been taken out of the house.I have been coming to Tahlequah ever since then and I had a cot that I use on cycling trips until I decided the sofa might be a better idea.Yesterday I decided I had enough of the sofa and the cot wasn’t even an option, Jennifer was so outstanding in understanding my convoluted description of what I prefer because it is kind of an oxymoron... I like a bed that’s not firm but not really soft because I don’t want to feel like I’m sinking but I do like it more on the firm side while at the same time being very plush… I know oxymoron right!Amazing, she knew exactly what to give me, I talk to her at around 2 o’clock in the afternoon and I had a bed fully set up ready to crawl into by 5 o’clock. The best part, I have always bragged about my Tempur-pedic pillow top because I was sure that there was not a more comfortable bed on the market until last night, this morning I woke up realizing I had never had a quality good nights sleep like I did last night since I just don’t remember when...She delivered to me the Corsicana Exquisite, truly a luxury bed by every standard. I feel like Goldilocks not too firm, not too soft, just right... Oh, and don’t even get me started on the customer service… She was amazing, she thought of everything. 600 thread count sheets, cooling sheets, who knew there was such a thing. A mattress cover to protect my new bed and well anything you could possibly think of…Thank you so much.I am forever loyal...I’ll have to take more pictures of it later after I put a new bedspread on it because it really is so beautiful.
