Do not go there if you are a woman. The front counter treats you like you are an idiot and when you call they offer the service you were just denied at the counter. Luckily Riverside Ford in Tulsa has competent people and I was able to drive directly there from Tahlequah to get the additives to keep my Ford engines for life warranty.Service: Oil change

I always take my car here to get my oil, breaks and tires changed. They gave me a ride to work (the Cherokee Casino) and had my car ready by the end of the day. They are always nice and very informative. I highly recommend them to anyone.

Started back in February took my vehicle to them they told me it was my torque converter and that they could have it done in a week. Well 3 months later they still had my vehicle they never offered me a loaner I bought the part myself got my car back finally, I didn’t have my vehicle back a month and it messed up again took it back to them they said they fixed it not even a week later I had to have it towed to them they forgot to replace the seals got it back the third time and only had it for a couple of hours and had to take it right back to them they told me this time that the torque converter had cracked and they were going to replace it again while putting my vehicle back together they somehow cracked my radiator and had to replace it I finally got it back drove to Tulsa it broke down had to have it towed back to them again for the second time and it still is not fixed!! I am so over that place and would not take anything to them the mechanics don’t seem to know what they are doing and management is just as bad I do not recommend them for anything!! The people here are amazing, I always feel like I am welcome. I don't feel like my questions are silly, they make you feel like family!!! I just go my oil changed and feel like I got the best service around!!! Thank you all for your amazing service!!!

Great group of people, the mechanics do a great job and are informative about any issues found before proceeding with the work. My ONLY complaint is with all the tire work they do, they only have one machine to balance tires causing a bottleneck at that area, but I'm very satisfied with the work and pricing.

I recently had service work done on my vehicle, over $1,500 worth. I wouldn't recommend going there. I was originally told it would take 2 days, took 7. No one answers the phone in service and they don't communicate when it will take longer. They have very poor customer service.

That fact that the dealer lied to me about my trade in value. I am both embarrassed for believing him and outraged beyond belief knowing that I got screwed over in the amount of about $8000!! I understand they are in it to make money but you don’t treat customers like that!
