Highly recommend. Great experience, Jared and Catrena were very helpful in making the process enjoyable and easy. They also don't follow you around, letting you browse in peace, but they do check in to answer any questions you may have, very much appreciated! Also the two gentleman who delivered my recliner, were very nice and did a great job, they also made sure everything was to my liking before leaving.

Usually when I enter a furniture store I feel that staff are hovering or being pushy when it comes to a decision being made which ultimately makes me not buy anything and depart empty handed. Lowrys here in Tahlequah was different. Once I entered the store there was a young man named Jared who approached me and asked if I needed help finding anything, I said no at first. Jared had no issue with this and picked up quickly that I was just wanting to peruse at the time. After some time I was interested in asking about a piece of furniture that was on the floor and jared was right there able to answer my question without hesitation. Even though jared wasn’t far away he appeared to stay engaged with work all the while readily available to help me which was a nice change from the normal hovering salesman. Jared was attentive and kind, he appeared to be well dressed and a very respectful young man.
I did end up making a purchase because of his attitude and the feeling I had within the store as a whole.
I’ll more than likely come back again based on my experience at this time. I also attached a picture of Jared for reference.
