We have filed our taxes with H & R Block for years here in Tahlequah, and they have served us well. Joann has helped us year after year, and we trust her to take good care of us. We appreciate the annual reminder to schedule an appointment, and it’s nice having access to all of our records on our account online.

Customer service is very poor from the lady who sits on the right side in the nook. My soon to be husband and I wanted to see how to go about things. She automatically started getting rude to him to the point of almost yelling at him about how taxes should be filed and how it all works. She wasn't really making any sense of what she was saying but she did point out to me that I need to be more choosy about who I end up with and, " she's glad that I'm getting rid of him." She made him mad enought where he just got up and walked out. What's sad is he never said anything, I was the one who asked the question. I will not be doing anymore business there after that.

Worst experience ever. I do not recommend. If you have filed with this location I would call the irs or another tax professional and ask them to look back over your previous taxes.

Poor service and audacious accusations from senior employees. I personally struggled to communicate how I'm employing myself and where my income comes from and I automatically became a money launderer...Thank you for not filing taxes for me.

They were unclear with their questions, and condescending when asked for clarification. The staff here haven't been on their period in about 37 years, and they make it your problem. I would rather trust Martha Stewart to file my taxes than have to talk to these people again.

Been going for many years but the last 2 years have been awful! When we dropped off our taxes, it used to feel like they did them in a timely manner. The past 2 years it has taken almost 2 weeks each time and I have had to call and threaten to pick them up and go somewhere else to get them to do them. Next year we will take our taxes somewhere else.

Definitely don’t recommend tahlequah H&R Block. The lady was rude had her grandson looking at our private information and was touching all my 8 month olds toys and him without asking me. Very unprofessional.
