I prefer Family Dollar over Dollar General. The staff is extremely helpful when I need help finding something. I love this place and I've become a regular.

The employees here are usually friendly and helpful. The main problem I've had is the store seldom opens at the scheduled time. Nearly always 15 to 30 minutes late opening. Also I would caution against buying bread or refrigerated groceries. Coolers are never cold enough.

I've been to the Family Dollar on the corner of Oak & Downing in Tahlequah, OK several times recently since it's near my office. Their store is orderly every time I go in & the employees are so friendly & helpful. Huge salute to their staff. It's obvious they are a great team. I wanted to make sure they get the recognition they deserve.

No customer service, we are all dealing with the Covid times, but it costs nothing to be friendly to the customer. The store is a mess, and I am sure it is understaffed and it has weak management. I am not trying to run it down, but it needs immediate attention.
