Great car wash. Had been going to BUFF IT Car wash but it was shut down for maintenance I believe. I went to BIG SPLASH. Spoke to a very knowledgeable gentlemen working there about a membership. His name was Jim. Very impressed. Carwash was great. I can come back and wash my car everyday if I like. Car looked great. Been there every day as I have been going out of town every day and this time of the year bugs are horrible.

I went to the car wash once and it was great I went and vacuumed my car and went to through the wash and it was great! But I came back a second time and pulled into the vacuums and was greeted by a man asking if I was going to pay for a membership and when I answered no he told me I needed to have my car washed before I used the vacuums or leave. I asked if I could vaccum and then purchase a wash and I was asked to leave. They need to put a sign saying MEMBERSHIP ONLY.

Super nice! Loved the Large Display Screen for the auto track wheel system. Super friendly staff. Loved all the matching polos. The manager is always very friendly, their system has issues reading my tag, I'm guessing it's because it's a white personalized plate with only 4 digits on a white car, but they always just buzz me thru so im not having to sit there waiting. There's nothing like a beautiful clean car!

The attendant was there to greet me and assist me with my purchase which is always great!I drove through the Big Splash Car Wash and it thoroughly washed my vehicle, and it didn’t leave any dirty spots.The vacuum cleaners are amazing. I like how the wand is smaller where you can get in between the seats and the console!!I will continue to go back and it’s so convenient. I don’t have to drive all the way into town to wash my car!
