Just tried to open a business account here, after being recommended by a friend (she's
completely mortified this happened). The teller was friendly enough and passed me onto to another man, also behind the teller desk. He proceeded to railroad me with questions about my necessary documentation (EIN, articles of organization and LLC certificate), all of which I had along with a handful of checks ready for deposit. Dude is insanely high strung and aggressive. My goodness management, I beg of you, teach your employee better business etiquette. It's a shame you couldn't retain a potential new customer because he chose to treat me like a moron. For the record, I am a USAF veteran, I hold a Bachelor's in Accounting and a Master's in Business and own a small business.

Kim at BancFirst is awesome, she helped us with an issue we were having. I would recommend BancFirst, the customer service is great.

The Ross Street Branch is fantastic. The employees, including the branch manager, are friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this bank.

This is a sketchy branch of BancFirst. I like the branch downtown. This particular branch is unprofessional and I think they are all high on something hardcore. They don't like the police and make doing their job hard. So please pick the branch downtown

Some of the female tellers are hateful I ask a question and you'd think I asked a wrong question and I chose this bank why can't I buy a box of pennys I was asked by a supervisor what I thought about his bank I told him it was an awful bank he asked why and I pointed to a teller behind the counter she is a nasty person that's why.
