Pulled in line at 9:26 on Sat morning with 1 vehicle in front of me. ALL lanes were moving slow. After 17 minutes we got our opportunity. I asked for $100 out of my checking 1-50, 2-20's, and 1-10 she asked to repeat it twice then took 11 minutes to deliver. Pooooooor service. Get some adults in there!!!!

I have been banking with arvest for several years. I really like this branch. I have always been greeted with a smile and been able to handle my business in a very timely manner. No matter if it is the drive thru, at tellers, or personal bankers. Very friendly and professional agents. Thank you for being my Bank.

Their change of hours is the worst thing they could have done for their business. I felt great knowing I could do business after I got off of work at 5. And I go into work way too early to go in the morning. Very upset with this change.

Wow, when did Arvest change their lobby hours? I used to be able to get business done on certain days during the week after I got off work. That was their best customer service! Now, I have to take off work to do that. Not even open on Saturdays for a few hours either.

I received an auto loan from Arvest. They took the title at the time of the loan. Four weeks later I’m still waiting for the title return to me. This means I can’t get a license plate and to drive it is illegal. I’ve gotten no answer to where the title is.
