Advanced Auto Repair has been fixing my cars for over 20 years. He is very busy and the only mechanic and the repairs can be slow at times, but he is the best and I know that my car will be fixed when it leaves the shop.

My Grandfather has had some work done with Advanced and the operator seems like a good guy and so far he seems to do good work. He went out of his way to find and get a part for the vehicle we had with them. As far as pricing compared to other auto repair shops around town they are one of the best. Honestly, they are one of the only two places around here I go when I need a car worked on.

Came and towed us on their day off, and although we didn't need it, they could have towed the camper too. Now they are working on our truck, and I have no doubt, it will work out.

We took our car in based off a referral from our insurance agent. Terrible idea, and agent. Our car was in the shop FIVE months. Whenever we called to check in on it we were given the same lines every time, "it'll be up on the slab later today, maybe this weekend at the latest." We took it in to fix a coolant leak and a small oil leak. They put the wrong coolant in the vehicle so no telling what kind of oil was used. Within those five months they only called us once, to tell us our vehicle was "turn key ready". So later that day, hours after the call, we were able to go pick it up and had to wait on the mechanic to put the battery back in. This guy also failed to put four screws back in place, to which he said "he had no idea what they were for." We had to buy a new battery. The office is terribly disorganized. We were really bummed because we try to use local mechanics and he was the only one in town that said he could work on the vehicle in question. He seems like a nice, helpful fellow, but I feel like he took advantage of us or at least took on more than he could handle. Very disappointing experience overall.

I drove my van nearly into the ground moving to town. Took it to Willy and he offered some solutions. The first one didn't quite solve it so he moved on to the second with great success.

The service I recieved was disorganized and slow. They were never able to give me any clear estimate for when my car would be repaired. They did however fix the problem I had at a good price. I just wish it hadn't taken a little more than a week to get a repair that should have only taken one day!
