Will explain their faults that will routinely lead to units completely flooding and will even explain how crazy it is that nothing has been done to fix it. They they will immediately turn around and remind you that they are in no way responsible for damaged items. So you are left with an entire until of water logged and complete ruined belongings which were stored for safe-keepind in the same breath as they admit their fault and failure to act. Sure,the contract States they aren't responsible but nowhere states that it routinely risks flooding which essentially makes their storage units as effective as just throwing all of your belongings into your front yard. They will get ruined just as thoroughly either way.

I have stored with them on multiple occasions. They are extremely helpful and always willing to work with you. Front desk staff are extremely nice and helpful and deff make it a nice experience anytime you do business with them!
