Got my stuff stolen from there and got a brand new 65 inch TV stolen and was told it couldn't be replaced and to call the police to do a stolen report but never got my valuable stuff replaced.. bad place to rent will never do it again...

I needed a 10X10 storage unit. I had checked into about six of them and all full. Got lucky here they had one left. Nice people, you can get in your unit anytime with code. It is convenient, next to Wal-Mart and access road, very happy with choice.

I would never go to this place to rent. They had a building broke into (happens on occasion), she herself even talks about how she isn't making money because of break ins, a week after it was broke into is when they decided to make contact with the renter to let them know it was broke into. They don't keep track on when the units are paid either, showing when things haven't been paid in months but the building's were paid for!! When you call and she says your stuff has been removed out, and you start questioning her, she starts screaming and cussing at you.Is this really where you would like to do business at?

Called and asked if there was a storage unit available.Was told there was. I got there and I was called and told they had already rented it out. Thanks for wasting my time. Would not recommend, poor customer service off the bat. Probably dodged a bullet leaving my stuff with these people.

Someone broke into my mothers storage unit. Cut the lock off. We went and talked to them they had us call the owner all she could say was sorry. Her insurance only covers the unit it’s self so there was nothing she could do. So now we are just out all the possessions and all of the stuff that was torn up.

Has no cameras. Lost a 1500.00 computer in broad daylight at 3:30 PM with attendant in office. Do not risk your valuables here.
