The cool lady that’s usually at customer service is the only person who acts like they wanna be at work. The manager just stands there. Maybe walks around…maybe. Will stand there while lines are long because he’s too cool to help. But today. The Karen at the front door (never seen her before) goes out her unimportant way to tell me my lil dog can’t ride in the cart. Really? She fits in the child seat. She’s been there a hundred times. This was just another unnecessarily bad interaction at this place.

One of the better Walmarts in the area. Everybody is friendly the store, and the parking lot is clean shelves are fully stocked.
My only irritant is the amount of product displayed in the isles rather than on the shelves. Being disabled, and having to use a wheelchair, it does make it difficult to navigate when so much product is sitting on the floors. If there’s ever a massive fire in the store, pretty much all of us cripples will not make it out.

Never have what you want, not much variety of the same product and when they do have something you like, they stop carrying it.

Always fast and friendly customer service! Always brings a smile to my face when my 2 year old and I see Donna, she is always smiling and ready to help. My son loves her bubbly energy. She has helped me find items and is always cheerful. Sulphur Walmart is very clean and organized. We never have problems finding help when we do need help finding items on the rare occasion.
