I got pulled over and my car towed . Even though the bill of sale was in my vehicle . Well I go to get my vehicle out of impound and not only would they not give it to me because I couldn't prove it was mine because they had the bill of sale ! But they wouldn't even give me my house keys off my key ring to be able to get in my house . Obviously working in ka hoots with the ohp officer that pulled me over for a tail light out that wasn't even really out as I pointed out the second I got out my vehicle and I immediately ask if he had a dash cam or body cam which he replied yes ! But now after the fact "time for court" all of a sudden his camera wasn't working that day ! Omg Smh
This is my tax dollars being wasted on this B.S. cause they have nothing better to do ???? DEFUNDING IS WHAT NEEDS TO HAPPEN !!! THere is no need for 6or7 layers of police . Put that money to help the homeless or our school teachers anything is better than paying someone else to harass and make up B.S. to extort money.

Horrible misleading and rude. Instead of saying he didn't feel able to handle repair he strung us along for 2 days unnecessarily causing us to miss our grandmothers funeral and wasting our time and money. Had excuse after excuse and the worst customer treatment I've ever experienced. Found qualified mechanic at another shop who had us up and running next day

I arranged a tow with Poskey’s through AT&T’s roadside assistance today which also happens to be Christmas Day. After I had paid via the AT&T roadside assistance representative, Sarah, who was wonderful by the way, I was told that Poskey’s wrecker had been dispatched and would be at my car in 30 minutes. I waited about 45 minutes and after not hearing anything from Poskey’s I phoned them directly to make sure that everything was on track and I was going to be where I needed to be to take possession of my vehicle. The man from Poskey’s I spoke with (the owner I’m assuming) was nice enough the first time we talked earlier in the day but when I called back the second and last time he informed me that he had received four phone calls but no one had paid him. I found that odd since I had just paid via my AT&T roadside rep who would then in turn pay him. He said he was about ready to just tell AT&T roadside to forget it. That he no longer wanted to do the job. I offered to call AT&T roadside to get to the bottom of why he had yet to be pad. He told me to go ahead if I wanted to call so I phoned AT&T again. After some back and forth between my roadside rep and the man from Poskey’s I was informed by my roadside rep that he didn’t want to wait the hour and a half it takes for AT&T Roadside Assistance to release my payment to him. He canceled my tow and told AT&T to take him off their list as a provider as he was put out by all the phone calls he had received from AT&T and I guess myself. I informed the AT&T rep that they most likely did not want their customers working with his particular wrecker service as he was severely lacking in professionalism and just outright decency. I understand it is Christmas Day and I can assure you I was not planning on having my car breakdown in the middle of nowhere at midnight on Christmas Eve. I’m sorry if I inadvertently ruined this man’s Christmas holiday (he was listed as being “open”), but he certainly did nothing to make mine any better. Leaving my car on the side of a turnpike in the middle of nowhere for longer than 24 hours was simply not an option or I would have happily waited until Thursday to do this. To be honest, I’m surprised my vehicle was still there and intact when it was picked up by another more professional wrecker service moments ago. If anyone out there is thinking of using Poskey’s wrecker service I would strongly advise you to choose an alternative. This man deserves no ones hard earned money especially if he can’t be bothered to do his job.

Broke down on the side of I-44 with a trailer full of Saferooms to deliver to Moore. Truck lost all power and we barley made it to the side of the turnpike! Semis and cars wizzing inches by at 80mph!
