Nate was the one that helped me out, amazing guy and great to chat with. Location wise they're close to campus, have a beautiful shop, and offer more services to make your life easier then i've seen out of any shop. I received texts nearly hourly about how my truck is progressing and what they're seeing, absolutely amazing. These guys got a customer for life!

This is a follow-up review for my other car that I brought in to them. They went 2 extra miles in taking care of my car. They offer rides if you need, and they warranty their work. They use BG products! I highly recommend them to all!

We have had amazing experiences both times we have needed their help with our vehicles. Their communication is top notch, they fully disclose everything and their diagnostics are accurate and straight forward (and come with written reports with photos). We will continue to use them with all of our vehicle repair needs.

Customer service is amazing. The detailed information they give is so helpful and while it may be a bit more expensive than other places, cars are an investment that need to be kept up well and having a place that is trustworthy and thorough is worth it. They don’t pressure you to fix anything you don’t want to fix, give prices upfront, and don’t do anything unnecessary (asked for a tire rotation but it wasn’t necessary, so they saved me the money). Definitely recommend!

Xtra Mile Auto Care earned their two stars solely for their excellent customer service. The staff is very nice and courteous, which I appreciate. However, the comments about their high prices are very accurate. They quoted me $360 just to diagnose the problem, calling it "level 2" testing.
While they didn't pressure me into anything and were understanding when I declined, expecting someone to pay that kind of money upfront before even discussing the actual repair costs—which I assume would be just as comically overpriced—is, to be frank, ridiculous. Listening to the incredibly nice man try to justify such exorbitant pricing was quite funny. It's just not feasible for most people.

These guys were fabulous! Yes, I spent quite a bit of money, but it all was for things that needed attention. I had a knowledgeable friend verify what was planned, and he agreed all was legit and appropriate. Friendly, communicative, helpful...above and beyond service. I wouldn't hesitate to go here again, and would certainly recommend this place! Job well done, Nick and crew!

Really like the detailed inspection of my car. Identified future problems to repair before they became a true problem. Did the work on my A/C thoroughly and in a timely manner. Car was done well before the estimated time. Would recommend this shop to anyone with a vehicle problem.
