I ordered the cutest Otomi hat over the summer and it’s still a favorite of mine. The shipping was prompt & packaged adorably. Anytime we are in town we stop by and shop. Love love the polka square earrings ?

They do not follow their published hours. Very unprofessional. Have attempted to shop there three times when they were ‘open’ but locked up when I got there.

Great follow through! Went here while visiting Stillwater and found cute necklaces for my teenagers and my wife. They didn't have the "initial letter" that each needed. No problem says Wooden Nickel we will contact you once we have them in stock. Honestly, we have all heard that before, but sure enough, 10 days later we received a text and an email that said that they were ready to go. Went to the attached invoice, paid using ApplePay, and received a text that afternoon that they had already taken them to the post office to mail! We will be back in Stillwater often and will be shopping here lots!

I’ve never shopped here but I did just hear about management firing a young saleswoman who during conversation at the register made the comment, “cows are cute on hamburgers” to a customer who was IN TOWN FOR A RODEO, but later called the manager to complain that the saleswoman’s comment relating cows to hamburgers made her uncomfortable. The manager cited her fear the customers might complain on social media for the young woman’s termination. Well, it looks like they didn’t, but I will.

items are SO over priced. plus they advertise their Sunday hrs are 12-5 on their Facebook page and their engraved sign by the door. Then I get there and sign says closed sundays. make up your minds.
