Poor communication. Got reminder text the day before service: "Courtesy reminder of your scheduled service appointment on Nov 2 at 9:00am." Dropped the car off the night before my service. Received a text message the next morning saying "Hi... this is customer service at Wilson Chevrolet. You can text me anytime at this number during your service visit." I texted at 12:16pm: "My car was scheduled for service at 9am. Do you know when it will be ready?" The response came about 15 minutes later: "Hello sir. Working towards having tech finish it. Our appointment times are like drop off times so it doesn't mean it'll get looked at right at 9. should be done by the end of the day." By 3pm I needed to co-ordinate with my wife about driving to the dealership to pick up the vehicle. At 3:15pm I texted again, "Any news on my car?" No response. At 4:06 they texted me to tell me it was done after my wife had already left for an afternoon appointment. The hours on their website are wrong. I arrived at the dealership at 6:15 and the doors were locked. Luckily the sales manager was able to help me out; however, my repair was a recall, paid by the manufacturer, so I didn't have to pay. If I had to pay I would have probably had to wait until the next day to figure out how I was going to get my car. Uber cost $15. CS was not capable of communicating effectively to me about status of my vehicle which made planning difficult. This is the second time have had a major problem with the service department at this dealership.

I purchased a used car sight unseen from Wilson Chevrolet and they were extremely accommodating, transparent, and communicative through the entire process despite all of my questions. I got it for an excellent price, and working with Brent and Arthur was very easy. I even showed up a day earlier than anticipated and the car was ready for me.

My salesman was Cameron Wilson. I dealt with 3 other dealerships for a week and got every run around possible. Cameron was the only salesman that from start to finish every word he said was the truth. I appreciate his caring and honesty with the vehicle I purchased. He got me everything I asked for and more. Also it took him less than 24 hrs to do so and get me in my new car. If you guys are ever looking for a vehicle go to Wilson Chevy in stillwater Oklahoma and ask for Cameron Wilson. And if he isn't there my only advice would be find out where he went. I will never deal with a different salesman after this. Thank you Cameron! I appreciate it

Wilson Chevrolet was fantastic! The whole process was great. From the general manager Chris making sure I was happy with my truck to Arthur in finance making the paperwork smooth and easy, I loved the experience. I really appreciated Braiden taking the extra time to go over my new truck and set me up with Onstar. Highly recommend this place!

purchased used Chev 3500 HD. First of all, the truck was still filthy after being "cleaned", red dirt still under & behind the seats, body grease on the driver's side door, and seats were dirty. We drove it less than 75 miles and could hear a growling noise in the rear. Took it back to Wilson's service dept. They checked it out and could also hear the noise. My issues with the repairs were that the service dept would not call me back when I called to find out the progress of the repairs. A simple phone call would have been courteous.

I just want to give a shout out to Shane, a mechanic, for taking time he didn’t have to and volunteering to clean up oil spilled all over my engine due to the oil cap not being replaced from a different dealership. He just happened to be dropping another customers car in the front and after seeing my situation he immediately checked the oil, replaced cap, and took it to clean engine up without hesitation. Great Customer service is really hard find, and even harder to teach it seems! This guy was a natural!

BUYER BEWARE:::Loyal customer for 7 years with a record of 6 vehicles bought from Chris. I had a deal working on a vehicle and waiting for Daviaun to get the upgrades i requested for the vehicle.I went by dealership to check on the work progress, only to find out they sold it. Both Chris and Davian have my cell number and could have reached out to me before they sold it but radio silence from both of them. I went to the owner to find out how this happened. Nothing but excuses from him and then was told to F...off from owner. I will never buy from this dealership again. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!

Braiden went above and beyond for me. My flight got delayed while in Dallas for over 12 hours.. not only did Braiden get the deal done before closing he met me at the airport at 10pm to bring me my car so that I wouldn’t have to spend two day in Oklahoma and I could drive back home for work Monday morning. Braiden’s customer service is definitely the best I’ve had from any car dealership.

Started with the call for a oil change, lady answering the phone scheduled my service, no transfer and setting on hold waiting for the service department. When I pulled up in the service area was greeted by name and went to the waiting area it was nice and clean. All in all the service was quick but through. Great experience!

Every time I take my car in they do such a good job. And their Customer Service is top notch. Adam and Rusty do such a good job at explaining the issue and what needs to be done to fix it. I won’t take my car anywhere else.

I had a vehicle picked out. They sold it right out from under me. Quit calling or answering messages. Very unprofessional yet they still pulled my and my mothers credit four different times. Didn't even have the nerve ti call and said they sold it. Won't be going back there and I've bought 3 vehicles from this dealership.

I recently bought a new to us car from Wilson Chevrolet. The whole experience was unlike any other car purchase I have ever made. Everything was upfront from the beginning. Starting with the price of the car, valuing my trade in, filling out all the paperwork etc. I never felt like there was a hidden agenda. As a longtime Stillwater resident, this was my first interaction with Wilson Chevrolet. I wish I had given them my business on previous car purchases instead of going out of town. The communication was great. Our Sales Representative returned calls when he said he would. A pleasant experience all around that I would do again.
