I love Bath and Body works but I make an effort to come shop in person instead of online so these people don't lose their jobs because of e-commerce. I'm glad I do. Today I had an issue with my card and had to come back later. I called up for a transaction total so I could bring the right amount of money and the girl ran and got the products and gave me total with my coupon discount. She could have said she was too busy. Good customer service has gone out the window and most people blame covid but I am impressed by the store in Stillwater, OK and will continue to shop there even tho it's over an hour from my house. kudos!!! When I got back to the store, I was welcomed and greater like a celebrity. Made my day!!

I have been to a million stores but my local bath and body is my favorite hands down! I have never ever had a bad experience and the staff is always the most friendly! I love our local store so much! Thank you for always helping me and also giving me my space to shop! Y’all are amazing!

Great, smaller Bath & Body Works with friendly staff. Everything has been well stocked when we have been in there.
