Unable to get my phone to work. Ordered a replacement phone January 8th and told it would be 3 to 5 business days. IT IS NOW JANUARY 2OTH AND I HAVE NO REPLACEMENT PHONE. I HAVE NEEDED VOICE AND TEXT CAPABILITIES BUT ASURION/VERIZON HSS NOT PROVIDED THE REPLACEMENT PHONE
