Very happy with my interaction with this post office. We ship a ton of packages daily and Justin took the time out of his day to reach out to us as a shipper, to try and make sure a package that had an invalid address was given to the correct person. Great job, keep up the good work!

“Caleb The Manager” I was at the service desk little before 6:00 when I asked Caleb if they had any packing tape; he replied “no if we did it would be in isle 14 next to the show products”. I had my package in hand and left the service area to find the tape, tape my package and returned to the service desk at 6:03 and he had a sign up saying it was closed. The sign read the times and sure enough it was after 6:00 but you would think that since he knew I was needing to tape a package to ship he would have waited or at least offered to tape my small package for me. He had no empathy for my inconvenience and gave no remorse for his lack of customer service. Caleb is a bad face for the company that hosts the USPS services.

Got there at 6:01Walked up to the counter. Guy working there rudely asked if he could help me.I said ya I need to mail this letter off he said we close at 6.Website says 8pm. They have also made a makeshift sign that says they close at 6.Just incredibly frustrating.

I needed to get a package out around noon on Saturday. I was worried I wouldn't make it to the one on the square so, I came here. Victor was fast and helpful! He made sure the box was secured and that the label was secure as well. It was a great experience and they are open from 8am-8pm on Saturdays!
