He was well-mannered and seemed genuinely interested in helping me. Even though it was a Saturday and not all of his staff was there, they got right on it, ran a diagnostic and determined the battery had a dead cell. They replaced the battery and got me on my way. While I was waiting, they even got the OSU game on TV in the customer lounge so my daughter and I could watch since we were missing it. I can’t say enough good things about Garrett.
