It's OK. It was better when it was Cowboy storage. These people keep on raising the rates! The facility is clean, and the staff is great. I've been a customer for years, and now I'm going to move out. You can get a much better deal anywhere else and closer to most of Stillwater!

He had the small man problem put in his note for other uhauls to have escape door I'm only 68 with a bad leg and arthritis would never use that location ever

I take an elderly neighbor here to pay her monthly storage. The gentleman knows her by name and comes to the car to help her every time. I just knew I had to comment him on his customer service. I know Ms. McKnight thinks the world of him!

Absolute worst customer service ever. Manager was disrespectful, arrogant and disgustingly argumentative. Highly recommend staying away from this place.

The lowest of low customer service. U-Haul has a great product offering. This facility can’t deliver. Poor attitudes, poor service, poor performance. Would you like to be disappointed beyond belief? Go to the Airport Road facility and enjoy the disappointment… U-Haul- you have a good product. Replace the people and leadership (Chris) of this facility, now!

Only one employee. He will leave for long periods of time to service their other location up the road, walking back and forth. Terrible customer service and communication. Don’t waste your time.

My Google Map shows I drove 13 miles but when I returned the truck I was billed for 80 miles. This was my first time experience of renting a truck. As a result, I missed to check the odometer. So, I don’t know what was the actual mileage in the odometer when I picked it up. I was under the impression that everything is updated and fair, and I don’t need to be worried. However it was not! I acknowledge that I am responsible to check the odometer before I pick it up and certainly I will emphasise the reality over my good impression next time. I am rating this poor because I believe U-Haul has also responsibilities to update the software with the odometer all the time.

Bought a fee units at auction. Very nice stuff, clean outside and enough room to pull a 16ft trailer through the aisles without hitting any thing going around the ends of buildings!! Highly recommended!!

Machines at all U-Hauls are the same, but this guy who runs this office is probably the rudest person I ever met in such a business. He was already having a nasty argument with an old lady when I reached the office. Was consistently rude and sarcastic. I would love to believe that he was having a bad day but when I returned the truck, he was even worse. We have most likely had our last business meeting.
