Well kept, clean facilities. Pool is a pleasant temperature and staff is helpful. Usually one or two other people on gym side when i arrive mid morning.

If I could give this facility 20 stars, I would. Not only is it anInclusive environment for people of all ages and especially those with disabilities, but the instructors are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. The staff greet you by name Every. Single. Time. And It really just make it feel like you’re part of a family and not just “going to the gym”. The management team is phenomenal as well, always quick with a response and make it a point to get to know their members. I could go on and on about how wonderful Total Health is but nothing I could say would come close to actually experiencing the environment yourself. If you’re not a member at Total Health you are missing out.

It's great for people with disabilities to be able to move around & get the exercise they need to survive. I liked it when A certain morning instructor was there, it's truly a shame when someone gets fired over such petty things. Why is it that the good hearted, hard working, honest, most professional & really just all around great people get fired over the smallest prettiest BS & after 8 yrs of loyalty this happens. When the laziest, unprofessional, unknowledgable & just don't care attitudes get promoted faster? This is an outrageous prettiest wrong doing I've been able to witness in my 50 some years. What a shame truly he will be missed all because life has it's quirks but yet loyal to a fault I guess?

They have a program called C.O.R.E Cancer Optimizing Recovery Endeavor. That shares hope in Lymphedema Recovery. A great group of people. A 4 due to communications between facilities and personal.But a 5☆rating for the possibilities and opportunities for those in need of Optimizing lifestyle skills to improve quality of life ? ? ?

I was actually really surprised, yeah at the water classes it's mostly older people but they are very supportive and friendly. The instructor is also very supportive and friendly, and will gently guide you if you need help. Locker rooms have been clean too.

The facility is clean and the pool is great for water movement classes. The women's locker room has everything you need after a swim including towels, soap and a blow dryer. I would recommend the facility to anyone trying to better their health without all the fuss of a chain gym. They give it a personal touch!

Very nice facility but they need longer hours as well as weekend hours since everyone can't fit in the hours they are open. Another issue is the blocked hours fo paying members to use the pool because of deals they have with other outside groups. It seems like the pool could be shared during those times.
