Best nail salon in Stillwater! I’ve been going to Top Nails for years and have always had a positive experience! Kelly is meticulous and fast. She always stands behind her work. They always greet you when you walk in and get you taken care of. Call them for an appointment or walk ins are welcome too!

Terrible customer service. I went a couple weeks ago when they were busy. Not a big deal to wait. Was seated immediately. Foiled up I waited and waited for a tech. In the mean time, others walked in--nail job and a repair--and they were immediately taken care of. I then watched as a tech finished a client then proceeded to have his nails done by the client!!! What the heck??? Finally it was my turn and my tech did an amazing job. I was there over 2 hours. Not happy with the experience but my nails looked great. I decided I would try again yesterday but go at a less busy time (according to google). My friend and I walked in. No one said a word to us. Another group walked in and was immediately greeted. Still no one said a word to us. The group was making quite a racket so someone came back to check on them. We were finally acknowledged after waiting 30 minutes. We were then told they were too busy for us and we would have to come back in a couple hours. If I would have been acknowledged when I walked in I probably would have went back because I totally understand they are a busy place. However, I did not trust that I wouldn't be treated poorly again so I went elsewhere. I will not go back again.

BEWARE!!They did a good job! But they charged for things that seemed really sketchy, I already had almond shaped nails when I came in…and I said “same shape” and he BARELY filed them then charged $5Then another $5 because my natural nails are ‘long’ which was also super sleezy to me. I don’t think I’ll go back so beware and ask what they charge for because they like to sneak stuff in…
