Employees were great but I was using a free wash coupon and my left windshield wiper lost the connector. Came in with a coupon and lost money, needless to say not pleased! I just bought the piece I needed because I don’t think their upper management knows how to wash a car. Some of these car washes are fine, other break more parts than they clean. I fear this is one of the later. Also sad to see no microfibers, a common product to have for car washes in this competitive area. I don’t think Tommy’s is a good fit for Stillwater.

By far the best car wash in town. Competitors monthly rates for their best was don't compare to Tommy's either. I usually have to manually pre wash before or go through twice, with most won't let you, with the others. I will not be using another wash in town and i recommend you do the same.

This was a phenomenal car wash. I stopped here after work last week and I was so happy with my car wash experience. The car washing mats worked really well and all of the vacuums had full power. I am happy to have finally found a car wash place that does a good job and maintains the facilities.

The wash did a great job washing the first time, and the free vacuuming was nice, but the last time I went through it their machine screwed up and got my truck stuck in the wash, I went home and realized that it had ripped the plastic pieces off the top of my truck. I called and they said they would not do anything because I had left. I understand leaving the property is not ideal but if we they could have handled it better, you could clearly tell what happened, there was even a strand from their brushes stuck in the trim piece. I won’t be going back, hopefully there’s a management change soon.Services: Auto detailing

My boyfriend took our new car through last week, and he told me the wraps ripped something off the front of our car when he got home. But luckily it popped right back in. I can only say it did come out clean and shiny.I then took it to Club Car Wash down the street maybe two days ago, and the wraps were slower and don’t hit the vehicle as hard. No problems at all!

I have used Tommy’s car washes before and this one builds on the same great experience I have received at others. The team was friendly and the wash did a great job cleaning my truck.

Vaccums could use a little more suction, came with my mom and brought her car through earlier today and wouldn’t pick up half the stuff in her car. Mat washers are nice though.Services: Vacuuming
