DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE USE THIS COMPANY !!!! IF I COULD GIVE THIS COMPANY ZERO STARS, I WOULD. After reading terrible reviews from the Better Business Bureau as well as Google, I went against my better judgment and signed up for an insurance policy for my laptop thorough the WORTH AVE GROUP insurance company that use THE REPAIR DEPOT for it's repairs. My laptop ended up being damaged and I filed a claim for a repair. I LITERALLY SENT MY LAPTOP TO THIS COMPANY FOR A REPAIR OVER 30 DAYS AGO AND STILL DON'THAVE MY LAPTOP. The customer service is absolutely terrible. If you email your "assigned adjuster " regarding updates, you'll be lucky to get a response. Virtually every time I contacted my adjuster, I didn't get a response and had to either call the company or message them via a live chat to get any type of communication regarding my claim. After 2 weeks had gone by after filing my claim , I received an automated email FROM THIS COMPANY telling me there was a delay. A week later , I received the same message again. after sending several emails, the best that I could get from them was that they were" waiting on parts " ( mind you, this is 3 weeks AFTER sending them my laptop). After continuously reiterating to them that I am a graduate student who needs my laptop to conduct my work (especially during this pandemic where virtually all school work is being done online) i finally got a date as to when "the parts" would come in. I contacted them 24 hours after when "the parts" was expected to be delivered, for an update regarding my laptop. Big surprise , 4 days went by and NO RESPONSE ( AND STILL NO RESPONSE). As it stands , it's been over 30 days , I don't have my laptop, and have no idea if or when I will get it back. I hope everyone reading this heeds my warning and DOES NOT USE THIS COMPANY and do not fall victim to their scam . They don't care about providing good service just about your money because they made it clear to me that they wouldn't start any repairs until they got my deposit money ( which I sent them BEFORE I SENT THEM MY LAPTOP).AGAIN, SAVE YOUR MONEY AND PEACE OF MIND BY FINDING A LEGIT COMPANY AND STAY AWAY FROM THIS ONE !

I sent in a broken laptop through Square Trade's repair program. The staff at The Repair Depot responded amazingly (almost suspiciously) quickly and I had my laptop back within a week. The repair turnaround was fast, the laptop is functioning perfectly, and customer service was attentive. Square Trade would not let me know what was wrong with the computer (and actually told me there was no way to get that information), so I contacted The Repair Depot directly. Even though my request went to sales, they tracked down my repair order and let me know exactly what the problem had been. Which was notable on its own, but also made the work they did to fix it even more impressive in the time frame. I don’t live in Oklahoma, but if I did there is exactly ONE place I would go for computer sales and service. The Repair Depot.

I called my insurance about my iPad cracked glass I had and although I could've gone to Apple and have it fixed there like I always do they required me to send it to their contracted repair shop. Well after doing so they took three weeks to replace the glass because they said that it was attached to the logic board and needed to be ordered. I already knew that it was attached to the glass on an iPad regardless what the insurance said and that is why Apple is your best bet. Anyway, after three weeks of waiting and got my iPad back I noticed that my data plan wasn't working because it was asking to add a line which I already have. After going into the setting about I also noticed that there was no SIM card in the slot by looking. The repair depot threw my SIM card out with the logic board and failed to check inside the slot. Never again will I use them. Took too long to fix and they didn't even pay attention to little things. Not happy with the service

working here was not as I had expected. The location was creepy to begin with and that first day is was really nervous but as I got to meet people and get to know the place I began to fit in. As an employer some things needs improvement but the people there are nice and are always looking out for you and your successes. I made connections here I wont soon forget and I learned a new skill set that may help me later in life. I appreciated the opportunity to work for this company and it propelled me into something better for me. It was a great summer job and if you are an introvert, or an extrovert who loves to learn and grow this is the place for you.

Incredible incompetence from Worth Avenue Group and The Repair Depot. I sent my 15" HP in for insurance repair, and it took more than two months to be resolved. I won't bore you with the full story, here are some highlights:

So yeah most of the good reviews given to this place are by employees, on average this place does get devices out in the same day unless it is a higher end device or an ipad, iPads usually take 2-3 days if the logic board isn't fried because of their process to replace them involves contacting the insurance adjuster, who then contacts the customer. Higher end laptops are harder to acquire parts fo and the techs have to go slower on them due to their unfamiliar nature. Most of the technicians (I use the word lightly, as they are mostly college kids who can barely hold a screwdriver) are untrained, uncertified and do not care about the customer being satisfied with the repair and only care about meeting the extremely unreasonable quota of devices (set by management) per hour that can only be reached by rushing through their work. -100/10 would not use again.

I Had a tablet repaired with The Repair Depot through the Worth Ave. Group Insurance and I am very pleased with the service that I received. During the time of the repair they kept me up to date with the progress of the repair and tracking numbers during the shipping of my device. Over all very good service and the repair is excellent quality as well.

I have a 17 inch touch screen hp envy computer that I have had for about a year and the screen had cracked. They agreed to fix it for a very reasonable price and due to Thanksgiving break being around the same time as me handing over my device, it took around 3 weeks to get back. When I got it back, the screen had been repaired nicely and everything appeared to work however upon closer inspection they had scratched and dented the fixture for where the screen would be snapped back into place and without my saying something, it appeared that they would not have told me. Since I got my computer back right before winter break I decided to wait until January to take it back for them to do the cosmetic repair. However, I decided to get a second opinion at a local place down in Houston (where I am from) and the guy told me that the people at the repair depot did not know how to properly set the screen. The screen on my computer had to be placed back into the fixture, but the people at the repair depot had jammed it back into the fixture which snapped the clip (which is now freefloating in the bottom of my computer) and snapped the board that holds the screen. I am not going to bring it back to this place as they do not know what they're doing and do not have proper ethics if they were to do further damage if I brought it back. 100% do not recommend to anyone.
