The lady at the front desk has the worst customer service I have ever seen. Very rude and unwilling to help. If you have other options, which we didn't at the time, I would advise to find another place at all cost possible. I was 6 months pregnant stranded because of a car accident didn't know if me and my baby were ok and she could care less about helping us.

I have never dealt with customer service as rude as I did with the manager Pam here at Budget Car Rental. She was extremely rude to me over the phone. She hung up on me as well! From the beginning of the conversation, she was short and argumentative. Hopefully she was just having a “bad day”, but wow.

I would give them 0 stars if possible. The lady at the drop off counter was rude & accused me of smoking in the vehicle because of an ash on the window. & her rude little minion shouted at my husband, when he spoke to defend me. She tried to charge my card $580 without confirming with me first, and their customer service was no help at all, the guy barely spoke English & used racial slurs, but got offended when I accused him of being racist. This company SOUNDS good, with low rates. But they jack up the price at drop off. 0 Stars for Budget Rental & the lady, too.

Nothing but crooks. Don't want to give deposit back. When told just give me deposit back they say keep truck they don't have to give deposit back.
