They are down to one bank in Tulsa and they will try to hang on to your cash. They don't like to cash checks. In today's banking world that's not a good look. Plus they have recently hired rude tellers.

I love Simmons Bank, have used them for years ever since they were Landmark. However, this branch let me down drastically. I was dealing with fraudulent charges on my card and was told by a man at this location that the charges should be gone the next day. When they weren’t gone the next day (Friday) I went back in to talk to a different guy who said it would take 5 business days. On Monday I went to a location across town and was told the dispute had never been started because I had never been asked to sign anything. Very disappointed by the lack of clear communication, and I will be keeping my business at the other location.

After one visit, I'm always remembered. This bank makes me feel special. They can print your debit card on site, and setting up an account is super easy! Not to mention a much better banking app than many others I've seen.

They made a mistake and then locked my account. My money was taken for two days . Multiple calls and in person visits, missed 3 hours work. Every person had a different excuse. Two days with all my money locked. No gas, no food, nothing. Customer service here is terrible.

I never received my new debit card after mine expired. After asking months in advanced about when my card would arrive. They told me to come into the bank to print one off, the machine was broken. I SPECIFICALLY signed a paper saying I do not want overdrafts. If the money is not in there, it should not be processed. They charged me FOUR times for a payment through paypal I made two months ago. I asked why this happened, they told me to talk to paypal. Even though the insignificant funds fee was through them. They said there was nothing they can do. I loved SNB and banked with them for over 5 years. However, SIMMONS BANK will never be a bank I will ever trust again.

This is an awful bank. They are constantly changing the rules and it makes banking not only inconsistent but also unreliable and nearly unusable. I'm closing my account and finding a more consumer friendly bank.

I cannot say enough nice things about this group. I have dealt with Cade Crawford and Kendra Phears a lot, and they are absolute professionals, very accommodating and helpful. I am now in Dallas and still prefer to bank with my Stillwater bank. They each gave me their contact information and are always available for any questions. They and Simmmons Bank go above and beyond. Would highly recommend. Thanks Simmons Bank, fantastic group of folks!

Very shady. They do not conduct business correctly. I closed a savings account because their stipulations were too restrictive. Then I had money transferred to my checking account which I was able to access before the transfer completed, but then they lied to me saying that the checking account was closed five months prior. They are conducting fraud just like every single company in the City of Stillwater. There is no righteousness in that city.

Stillwater Nat'l Bank, BankSNB, Simmons Bank, etc, etc, etc...the red-tape "policies" change with the wind! With the exception of a few good employees, I do NOT recommend this financial institution.

We took out a primary mortgage and later a secondary mortgage with SNB, now Simmons Bank. We were happy with the process both times and were told the loans wouldn't be sold. Of course they were a couple of years later, to two different banks, both out of state. This wasn't a big deal until now that we have an insurance claim and have to send reimbursement checks through the mail to get funds released, which makes the whole process not secure and extremely inefficient. I realize that these things happen, but from now on the fact that a bank is local will not be a factor at all when I shop for financial services. It makes no difference whatsoever.
