The absolute least helpful bank in history. I constantly have issues with debit cards and deposits from this bank. I’ve never seen a bank go out of their way to not help you until dealing with these people. Ridiculous bank policies and lack of employee training has created a horrible situation for customers.

No one knows how to send a fax, or even how to print cashier checks. This bank has some brainless tellers in it.

Banked here for about 2 years, they never answer the phone without making you wait 30 minutes and press 5 buttons. I work nights so I never make it to the bank before it closes, I dropped my check in the overnight depository box yesterday on a Friday night, today at noon on Saturday I find that noone checked the box to deposit my gas money, grocery money, rent, or hard earned check into my account. Guess I'll wait til Monday to eat. This isn't the first time they've let me down.

"That's my bank" literally though if you don't bank at RCB you won't get it, but it's literally the best banking experience you will get. RCB has this habit of somehow only hiring the best staff. This is a great banking model and I plan on banking with RCB for a very long time. They've always taken care of me whether it was in Claremore or all the way in Stillwater and everywhere in between. This is a great place to do banking.

Quite possibly the worst customer service experience of my life. Left my debit card in their Old style ATM. Employee first told me they hadn't been retrieved. When she found out I wasn't a customer, she told me it had probably already been retrieved and destroyed -- which is it? And was told even if it hadn't been destroyed - It was their policy to not return them. When asked why, I was told "I'm not paid to make policy - I'm only paid to enforce the policy". I even offered to have my bank call them to confirm. No deal. As a business owner that has been asked to switch to RCB by their salespeople - my answer is NO.
