Went in the first of last month to put money in landlords account, this requires doing a cash advance. Last month they said their machine or system for that was down but they had someone coming to fix it. Just went in 1 month later, system/machine is still broken. Seems like a full month would be plenty of time to get a work order filled.

After fifteen years of banking at Home National, I'm embarrassed to say that the only thing that has stopped me from changing banks is the inconvenience. I have nothing good to say about Home National. The in person service in Stillwater is, for the most part, rude; and if you're female, you can count on the very young female tellers spending a lot of time flattering male customers and treating you dismissively. The managers seem like hicks. And the website is unwieldy and unsuitable for Mac users. Like I say, I have only myself to blame--and my suspicion that most of the other banks in Stillwater will have the same problems. Some of this stuff runs deep.
