Rita is really meticulous and gave me the best haircut I have ever had! She listened to what I wanted and talked to me about hair concerns. I have finally found my hairstylist!

Rita is wonderful. Very outgoingand personable,she's also very professional with her styling. Offering suggestions if you ask, she takes the time to find out what you're looking for in a style and helps you get it. Her wash sink is incredibly comfortable and she pays 100% of her attention to you, ignoring her phone until your time with her is done. I will definitely be going back and recommending her to anyone who needs a style.

Rita is the best. She is very sweet, funny, and down to earth. Her conversation was upbeat and her hair techniques are very professional. I Love the hair she gave me! Exactly what I wanted- went in for a cut and a foil highlight, came out looking years younger. The cut she gave me, gave me a fuller head of healthy hair. Her highlights were on point with color, and she took her time with sections. Her wash sink was out of this world comfortable! I cannot say enough about this beautiful woman and her shop! She rocks!

Rita is the first hair stylist that ever asked me questions about what I want for my hair and told me what she was doing in detail while she cut my hair. I love that so much. I've been to many different hair stylists and I find it so scary that I never know what is going on and how my hair is going to look until after they already cut my hair. So when Rita explains everything, it is so reassuring. I got my hair layered and slightly trimmed and Rita always asked clarifying questions on how much I want to cut off and how I want my layers to look like. My boyfriend got a haircut after me and that Rita did the same and asked questions and everything. She took her time cutting our hair and it felt like she really cared about our hair. Our haircuts turned out the way we wanted it and way better than expectations. Not only that she gave us pointers to help make our hair healthier. Rita also recommended hair products to buy from Walmart or Ulta. She doesn't sell any products in her salon and doesn't get commission when she recommends products, so her recommendations are really for your own benefit only. Rita shampooed and conditioned our hair before she cut it. She also offered to touch up our hair and cut it for free if we didn't like how it feels and look after we went home and shampooed and had the hair cut for a while. All in all, our experience with Rita in Pure Elements Salon was beyond the 5 star rating I gave. We will be going back to her for our hair cuts from now on. Really recommend her to anyone, man or woman, that needs a hair cut the way you want it. By the way, she doesn't answer calls when she's with a client, so leave a voicemail with your name and phone number and she will get back to you. That's what I did and she called back within the hour. And an appointment is needed to get a haircut or hair styled by Rita. She charges $35 for female and $25 for male hair cuts.

Visited Rita for the first time today, and I'm thrilled with the cut and style she gave me — and even more so with the superb service. She explained everything I need, told me how long it would take to get my hair into great shape again, communicated every cut to me ... perfect! Highly recommend this lady!
