I used pro value net for my wifi service for two years before I had to move closer to town, and I miss them so much. The customer service is outstanding, the product itself is great, and every time you call you are immediately greeted with a friendly human being, and not 15 minutes of automated systems. Suddenlink, Optimum, and AT&T need to evaluate the way this company runs and treats its customers, because pro value net is leaps and bounds ahead of them. If this business were ever able to stretch their service into town more, I would switch back to them in an instant. Excellent business run by great people?

Technical support is is always kind, patient, and knowledgeable when teaching me tips and tricks to get better use of the system. BRAYDEN is an install tech. He showed up when he said he would. He is professional, kind, and funny. He even allowed me to decorate my equipment before final install. Where do I start... Let me start by saying 5 stars is not a high enough rating. PVN has solidified me as a believer in their internet service. We've been having stability issues with our Internet for a little while. We've called and complained so many times that I'm sure they know us by name. Not once did they treat us like our concerns weren't legitimate. With each call, they were troubleshooting and trying to resolve our issue. It took some time, but they never quit trying to find an answer. They have since resolved our issue, and our service has never worked as well as it does now. Their customer service is A++ and as good as it gets. As long as I live here, I'll be a PVN customer.

ProValue.Net pride's themselves on customer service, and they should. From the first time I spoke with one of their sales staff to every time I have had to call them for anything from billing to support, they are professional & courteous. The technicians that do their installs and repairs are amazing to. They are knowledgeable and so helpful. They are a local owned and operated business, and I am proud to support them!

We have been customers of ProValue.net for several years with no issues until the past couple of weeks. Slow internet, buffering or not working at all. I called for service, not that helpful at first because they couldn't get something to come up on their end. Dalton called back later and was very pleasant and informed me that there was some kind of equipment failure and set a time for someone to come out and check it out. That day was today. Eli was nice. He went on the roof to check things out. Long story short, they told us that to continue service we had to have a 10 ft pole and antenna installed on our roof. Had to do with reception and trees along the way to tower. I told him that we did not want that and asked to keep it the way it is and we would just deal with. He spoke to his supervisor and they told us that we couldn't do that because it affects other customers. Our only choice was to do the 10ft pole on the roof or they would discontinue our service. Needless to say they lost a customer.
