“The closest office to me is FedEx Express but not FedEx Ground, and so coming into SWOK within the strip mall, I was already frustrated at having to go across the city just to return a package at a specific FedEx location. When I got there, I was further frustrated to find out that the same packaging quality I received the package in was deemed not good enough to be shipped back. It felt like I was being financially extorted since any damage to the packaging was obviously due to FedEx shipping it to me the first time around. Instead of being apathetic as I expected, Jonnette showed she cared and brought me out of my grumpiness by being extremely positive, helpful, and sympathetic to my issues. After seeing her work so hard to repackage everything properly while staying positive with me, I left much more happy than when I arrived. I understand it wasn't on Jonnette for the previous FedEx issues, but I appreciate her effort to find a positive resolution regardless of her accountability. It is my opinion that positive and hard workers like Jonnette should be financially rewarded for going above and beyond, especially in instances like this where they would not be held accountable for failing to go above and beyond.”
