“We needed a very large crate for our two English Mastiff pups to fit in our RV. We presented her with a few issues and Terri said they were up for the challenge. They sure came through. We could not be more pleased with the outcome. Wanting things to look pulled together we also shipped her the valances over the windows and her team matched them perfectly with the kennel. Add a matching raised feeder and all looks fantastic!Normally shipped fully assembled ours came in pieces so that we could get it through the door of our RV. The assembly was seamless. “Showed up a day early for my delivery, had to return the next day , I was unloaded on time the gentleman that unloads trucks is scheduled by the manager to be there on the day and time your scheduled for delivery so don’t show up early. Everyone here was very friendly all in all it was a good experience. The unloading guy was very quick super nice and explained to me exactly why I could not get unloaded early, forgot to catch his name but just a super guy ! So if you’re running ahead of schedule I suggest you find something to do on your way to this location. You could probably overnight at this tractor supply but there is not much around they have a nice truck stop rite down the road .”
