“I came in a couple months ago to pawn a nice rifle, upon pickup a few days later there was a small scratch in the stock. I was fully aware that I signed a paper not holding them liable at the time I pawned it. However the manager (Billy I think) immediately asked what he could do to make me feel better. Long story short I left with two guns and smile. Needless to say I’ll be a returning customer.There was a younger guy working the gun counter that was helpful as well, can’t remember his name though.”
