Just moved here from Florida and attended my first class at the Stillwater location. Coach Katie is a rockstar. She’s friendly, encouraging and the most attentive coach I’ve ever had at any Orange Theory. All the class members seemed nice, and I liked the layout of the studio. I know I’m going to love my new home studio.

Orange theory is just normal working out. The "special" component of it is that you pay for trainers to tell you how to do a completely un-inspired and average workout.

Great gym and great atmosphere. I love the group workouts and not having to think about what I’m going to do today. Just show up and do it with the group. I love that I can go at my own pace and not feel like I am competing with all the younger ones too. I’m 63 and can’t do everything I used to but can still get in a great workout!

OTF Stillwater provides superb coaching and support to improve your cardiovascular fitness, strength and endurance. Their classes are high energy and challenging but worth the effort. I've been a member since they opened and encourage others on their fitness journey to join here. I'm very happy they came to Stillwater!

After laying off workouts during the first 16 months of the pandemic, I started training at Orange Theory. At first I wanted to see what was out there, but I liked the clean setup immediately. Coaches and participants knew exactly what was going on throughout the hour. There was no struggle to get weights as everyone is assigned their own setup. I now especially appreciate the coaches who pay special attention to correct form. And a bonus: I can still workout when I go out of town.Things I like: 1) the benefits of the rower 2) varied workouts for the treadmill, where my heart has become so much stronger 3) Katie’s enthusiasm 4) Ashley making sure I do each exercise correctly (very important to me) 5) variety in the floor exercises, both with equipment and body weight 6) the option to workout while out of town, either from my app or at a different OTF 7) BINGO

Great studio! I've attended 100+ classes over the past six months and have no plans to slow down. Really superb classes, coaches, and SAs. Everyone is very friendly and the classes are fun to take. I would highly recommended at least trying a class if you have any interest in it at all (I went to one class, which lead me to signing up for 8 classes/month, and switching to unlimited after the first month). A++

OT Stillwater is the place to be if you want to work on your mental health as well as overall
physical health. I am a working mother of 4 kids. I love that my hour is focused on me. The coaches continue to push me to be the best version of myself! ?
