Had good experiences here before, but this morning I walked in and asked the clerk (a red-haired younger lady, normally I try and get names but I was too flustered on this occasion ) for a bacon breakfast taco (usually if there are none on the shelf as there were in this case but you can ask to have one made) she returned to the counter and said “we don’t have any”. At first I began to leave, Thinking she was speaking about pre-made tacos and simply not wanting to make a fresh one. I then replied that I had been able to get tacos made by asking at other OnCue locations. Her immediate reply was with attitude, despite me only speaking to her calmly and, hopefully friendly-like: “Well, I’m trying to tell you that we don’t have any, do you want to come back here and look?” I said no, and explained that I was just hoping I could get one made. Then she said “I can’t, we’re out of bacon.” I replied that she should have clarified that point to which she replied with a lot of frustration in her voice that she did. I explained that she had never mentioned bacon specifically and I thought she was talking about tacos. I promise, I understand the type of stress these jobs put workers under, and I never go in to a convenience store trying to be rude or demanding. But this experience was one of the worst I have had. I was made to feel bad and treated like a nuisance rather than an otherwise paying customer.

Rob and Damien are the absolute BEST! Always good for a quick vent or a good laugh. My family and I go to this particular OnCue every single night, just because the entire staff makes us feel so welcome. These two specifically are the bright spot in a normally mundane day.

If you want gas, don't bother trying to use your card. The contactless chip thing appears to work but then it will say "contactless payment not accepted" after you've already put in your pin. And then it will try to eat your card repeatedly and take multiple attempts before it will actually recognize and proceed with the payment. This has happened to me on multiple different pumps at this location.

Two times I’ve pulled up and the prices on the pumps were WAY higher than on the sign. Today, the sign said 3.19, was actually 3.79.

We’ve been here a lot over the years but don’t think we’ll go back to this one. It smelled bad, they were out of cups and flavored syrup. The floors had something on them too. The counter had something spilled on it but they made no effort to clean the counter. The two guys working just stood at the counter. Nope.

Great customer service! People following me to the store attempting to smear my reputation (Police included) gets on my nerves, but I'm a veteran studying criminal justice, so I try to remain calm. :D

Nice clean store. Has a lot to offer from gas, coffee, pop, candy, cigarrettes, beer, and even hot food. With a lot more food items to choose from. Employees were nice and helpful.

I like that they have free air here to air up your tires. I also like that they still have the choice of ethanol-free gas. It seems like fewer places still have the ethanol-free gas which is important for my lawn equipment.
